This explanation of a relationship is from the Oxford Dictionary and has the description of what my idea is based on.

Argument

This explanation was from the Oxford Dictionary and links to my idea. This definition links to my idea because the source of all the remorse and flashbacks that they have is because of the argument that they have. This definition is good for me.

Cheating

This explanation is also from the Oxford Dictionary which relates to what I going to add in my short film. It is also the cause of their argument in the first place so, it clarifies the definition of what I am including in a film.

Articles on Relationships

1.http://www.bustle.com/articles/45366-10-habits-of-couples-in-strong-and-healthy-relationships

This article was very useful because I agree with some of the habits that are included in it. For example, Quality time. In my film, the argument triggers good memories in their relationship which is linked to quality time together. Another aspect I agree with is respect. This is because, if there’s no respect then how is your partner supposed to loved and I think that could help me in my short film. There is an aspect I disagree with in this article is Sex. I think that it can ruin and happy relationship because, the girl may not want it so the man goes somewhere else and that means cheating on your girlfriend verse versa. I think reading this article has benefited me because it clarifies what I want in the film.

Cheating in a relationship

I think that is article has been useful to me because, when a person has cheated they start to make excuses whether that is blaming it on their partner or not taking responsibility for what they did. I think I can use that to my advantage when making this short film. Also, how my character deals with the fact that their significant other has cheated on them and if they can let it go.

Conclusion

After reading some articles about relationships along with looking up the most accurate definition, which was from the Oxford Dictionary. I think that has helped me expand my knowledge on relationships. In order for me to really portray the idea that I am going to do.

Argument scenes

Love Rosie

I enjoyed watching the scene because I think that it is an emotion scene and that is how I want my argument scene is like. Very emotional and affective; hopeful keeping the audience engage and something that they can relate to as well.

The Breakup

I like this argument scene because, Jennifer Ainston is trying to explain to Vince Vaughn what the problem is but he isn’t understanding and then Vince is talking about what Jennifer is doing which is also wrong and then she ends up leaving. I think that is what I my argument scene is similar to but, it will be portrayed using the techniques of Emmanuel Lubezki.

Ted 2

I really the method of the throwing things at each other. However, I don’t I can afford to waste plates and actors like that are trained to throw things. So that no one gets injured so, I don’t think that is a wise move. However, in the future if I am trained to make those decisions then I will do that.

The Notebook

I think that this is a great example because it portrays the mixed emotions that people feel when they love each. It broadens my mind as to different ways to portray love and anguish. My argument scene is hopefully as built up as this scene here. I think that my idea does that and will be affective.

Flashback scenes

The reason why I looked up these flashback scenes is because they link to the type of scene that I want for my own film. The different happy moments the couple have together, evoking a smile in the audience and how I can structure the scene that will help what I am trying to portray in my movie. I think that these flashbacks have helped a lot because I have cleared up what I am going to be doing.

Harry Potter Deathly Hallow part 2 – Professor Snape’s memories

Twilight – Breaking Dawn part 2

Overall Conclusion:

All of the research I have done will assist me in making my film the best it can be and the way I envisioned it to be. I think that researching is good because I answered queries that I have in conjunction with gathering information that I can use later on.
